Moot court facilitates the students an opportunity to participate in proceedings similar to that of a real court. The students are trained in various skills like drafting briefs (memorials), oral arguments, research works by eminent Judges, Lawyers, and Guest Faculty members. The professional skills are embedded and shaped through moot court which helps them in their professional career.

Legal Aid Centre
The legal aid committee aims to make justice accessible to all. It gives free legal advice and assistance to the weaker section of society. The legal aid committee of S.Thangapazham Law College aims to extend legal assistance to the people who cannot afford it. It is constituted for the purpose of organizing legal aid camps for the underprivileged which in turn would create legal literacy amongst them. The Legal Service Clinic comprising faculty members and students offers legal and paralegal services by conducting door-to-door campaigning, awareness programs, and legal literacy programs.
